Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit to participate in MADFOXX programs?

Of course not, we are here to help you improve your fitness from your current level.

Will I be okay if I am a complete beginner?

Yes, over the years we have helped many beginners, even those who have NEVER exercised in their life. We will focus on your technique and tweak your form before building up the intensity. With constant exercise correction, there will be less chance of injury and the results will escalate with perfect form.

As your fitness builds, we will then motivate you to another level and repeat this process to ensure you constantly improve to achieve your goals.

Do we still workout if it rains?

Yes, we train in all weather. Coaches will decide to proceed under the rain or move to backup covered area nearby.

Is there any parking and toilet near the workout area?

Yes, all our locations have free parking and decent public toilets within the site.

Where can I put my belongings?

We encourage you to carry a gym bag/duffle bag to store all your personal belongings in, and to have it beside you at all times during the session. You may also place it in the workout truck if it rains.

What do I need to bring to my training sessions?

Number 1 is a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. You will also have to be in comfortable and breathable workout clothes, with appropriate shoes that you can train in. Remember to also bring your water bottle, a towel, and gloves if you need it. All other equipment will be provided by us.

How many participants are in every session?

Our class size is capped at 12-15max to ensure that every participants is given attention by the coach. And to avoid equipment shortage, no sharing equipments.

Do I need to reserve a spot for each session?

Yes. reservations are required for each class. Once you have created your profile and sign up for membership, you may reserve for group classes through the app. 10 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

Packages/Memberships

We have few packages available to suit you the best, monthly recurring for Standard & Basic. Single Drop In & Ten Drop Ins. All our recurring memberships are with a minimum of 3 months commitment for new members.

How long are the training sessions?

All our classes runs for 50-60min. Which consist of a warm up, a strength practice, workout(metcon) & accessory. Clear explanation, instruction and demonstration will be shown at the beginning of each section.

Do you have a community Facebook group?

Not at the moment, we communicate through whatsapp groups

Do you provide private/personal training?

If you can’t fit in our schedule due to timing or location, we work with individuals up to four for private/personal training sessions at your doorstep and at your convenience. If you’re interested in personal training, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to work with you.

Do you cater for teams and workplaces?

Yes, we offer corporate training packages that can be tailored to suit your needs. Team workouts, weekend escapes are a great way to build morale and teach your team to work together. Contact us for more information.
